Phase 1: Weight loss

You’ll enjoy select vegetables and a nutritious dinner that provides quality protein. To stave off hunger, you’ll have a choice of three Ideal Protein foods such as bars, dessert, snacks, main courses, soups, and more. Unlimited vegetables fill in the gaps to keep you feeling full and satisfied throughout the day.

Phase 2: Stabilization
After you reach your goal weight, you can expect to transition to a stabilization phase designed to adjust your macronutrient intake to manage hunger and stabilize your weight. You can expect to attend weekly follow-up sessions with your weight-loss coach, Mrs. Singh, who will track your weight and carefully reintroduce carbohydrates. The goal is to maintain your weight loss as you transition to a higher carbohydrate intake.
Phase 3: Maintenance
In the first 12 months following the stabilization phase, you will continue to receive support from your weight-loss coach. During this time, you continue to develop healthier habits that support maintaining your weight loss. Regular check-ins help you stay connected to ensure that you’re healthy and keeping the weight off.
In this phase, you can expect to continue eating nutritious foods. The support team works with you to create an eating plan that supplies the carbohydrates you enjoy in the right amounts, along with a balance of nutritious foods.
